Beer Cheese Dip

Ingredients
  1. 1 brick cream cheese
  2. 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  3. 1 packed dried Ranch dressing
  4. 6 ounces beer
  5. 1 bag pretzels
Instructions
  1. Place cream cheese, cheddar and dressing in a bowl and, using an electric mixer, mix well. Add beer and mix well. Place in a bowl and use pretzels to dip. Note: add more beer and cheese to desired consistency.

Easy Queso Dip

  1. 1 can (10 oz each) Ro*Tel® Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, undrained
  2. 1 package (16 oz each) VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  3. 1 bag tortilla chips
Instructions
  1. Combine undrained tomatoes and Velveeta in medium saucepan.
  2. Cook over medium heat 5 minutes or until Velveeta is melted completely and mixture is blended, stirring frequently. Serve with chips.

Artichoke Dip

  1. 2 14 oz. cans of artichokes (packed in water, not oil)
  2. 2 cups of freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  3. 1 cup of mayonnaise
  4. Salt and pepper
  5. Pita Chips
Instructions
  1. Drain the artichokes from the can. Coarsely chop them.
  2. Combine chopped chokes, Parmesan, and mayo into a microwave or oven-proof serving dish.
  3. Microwave on high heat for 5 minutes, pausing occassionally to stir, to ensure that the dip gets heated evenly. Add fresh ground pepper and salt to taste. Serve with pita chips.

  1. 1 (8-oz.) can Pillsbury® Refrigerated Crescent Dinner Rolls
  2. 24 fully cooked cocktail wieners
  3. Ketchup and mustard for dipping
Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 375°F. Grease cookie sheet. Unroll dough; separate into 8 triangles. Cut each triangle into 3 smaller triangles.
  2. Place 1 wiener on shortest side of each triangle; roll up to opposite point. Place, point side down, on greased cookie sheet.
  3. Bake at 375°F. for 11 to 15 minutes or until deep golden brown. Immediately remove from cookie sheet. Serve with ketchup and mustard.

Bean Dip

  1. 1 pound(s) processed cheddar cheese
  2. 1 can(s) fat-free refried beans
  3. 2 cup(s) salsa
  4. Corn chips for dipping
  5. Diced tomato or pepper for garnish (optional)
Instructions
  1. Cut the cheese into 1-inch chunks. Go ahead and giggle because I said, “cut the cheese.”
  2. Open the can of beans. Put the cheese, beans, and salsa in the pot or crock pot.
  3. Cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the cheese is melted and the dip is the same consistency throughout. Transfer the dip to a serving dish if you like.

Orange Glazed Chicken Wings

  1. 1 cup fresh orange juice (from about 2 oranges)
  2. 2 tablespoons grated orange zest (from about 3 oranges)
  3. 6 cloves garlic, minced
  4. 1/4 cup soy sauce
  5. 1 tablespoons brown sugar
  6. 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  7. 1/2 teaspoons fresh-ground black pepper
  8. 4 pounds chicken wings
Instructions
  1. Heat the oven to 400°F. In a large bowl, combine the orange juice with the orange zest, garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken wings and toss to coat.
  2. On two large baking sheets, arrange the wings in a single layer. Reserve 1/4 cup of the orange mixture and spoon the rest of the mixture over the wings. Bake for 20 minutes.
  3. Turn the wings over and baste them with the reserved orange mixture. Cook until just done, about 10 minutes longer.

Cheddar and Beer Spread

  1. 6 cups extra-sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  2. 12-ounce) beer
  3. 6 tablespoons butter, softened
  4. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  5. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  6. 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  7. crackers
Instructions
  1. In large bowl, combine cheese and beer. Let stand 30 minutes or until cheese softens.
  2. In food processor with knife blade attached or using a mixer, blend cheese mixture, butter, and remaining ingredients 3 to 5 minutes until smooth.
  3. Pack cheese into crocks or decorative airtight containers. Serve at room temperature with crackers.

Sour Cream Onion Dip

  1. 1 cup sour cream
  2. 1 Tablespoon onion flakes
  3. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  4. 1/2 teaspoon Better Than Bouillion beef base (you could probably use dry beef bouillion, crumbled fine)
  5. Ruffles potato chips
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Chill for one hour. Serve with chips.
